CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
An orange flickering orb hovering in the sky due North, North East of my position at an angle of approx 40 degs, approx the size of a car wheel.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Hovering and flickering light, that suddenly disappeared (Did not zoom off, it just disappeared).
Any additional comments:
I have been an aircraft technician for 30 years and have never seen a/c landing/navigation lights look any way similair to the light I have just witnessed. The South Wales Police helicopter can often be seen in this location, but it was not a helicopter - No rotor noise wrong colour light. It is a very still evening here hardly any wind, and I can not hear any aircraft engines, just traffic from the nearby M4 motorway - Very strange experience.
