What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Amazingly bright, I'm sure I wasn't the only one to see it as it was so eye-catching. The only way I could describe it was it being a 'huge bright jellyfish'. It was like nothing I have ever saw before. There was an aeroplane in the sky too, so I'm guessing they would have got a closer look. Although i'm guessing the UFO was much higher and larger.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It seemed to stay the same height, for quite a while. It seemed to descend over my garden or that was probably just because it was so big that it looked bigger. My mom and me were amazed, we watched for a good 5 minutes while it travelled off. It was fast, yes, but because it was so bright it could be seen for absolutely ages. The brightness hurt my eyes.

I don't really believe in UFOs, but I just had to share my experience.
