What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
I saw three of them and there may have been more.
They were massive orange really bright lights moving east too slow for airplane too fast for hot air balloon, but it was nearly dark so surley ballons would not be out that late anyway.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No just drifted very steadley, the first two i saw were about a mile or two apart but did not wobble or anything.
Any additional comments:
I have seen a ufo once before over nottigham around 2001, there was a bright white light high in the sky at night, i thought it was a police copter but it stayed in the same place for about 45 mins, far too long for refuling i think. but i kept my eye on it and it started to moved side to side very fast over a distance of about 10 mile's, five miles each way in a second. then it drifted beyond the clouds and got smaller until it was no longer visible. but this is a totally differant type manouver
