A bright Orange Ball.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No. It simply moved slowly towards Manchester before simply vanishing. There were no clouds for it to go into either?
Any additional comments:
It was actually my neighbour who pointed it out and had been watching it for about 3-4 minutes. (I'd just nipped out to walk the dog.) There was no sound, it was simply a solid unwavering orange ball of light that went slowly by?
