All it was was a spinning silvery object that was about 15-20feet off the ground.---------It was about 10 feet in diameter appx.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

It hovered for about 1 min. Then slowly lifted and took off so fast you didn't even see it.
