What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Circular band of red lights. It wasn't particularly big and made no sound at all .
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It appeared to rise up from the river Tweed and climbed in a southerly direction , until it reached cloud cover and disappeared from sight
Any additional comments:
This is the third sighting that has been witnessed by myself and my wife . This time I had a pair of binoculars at hand and was able to see the circle of red lights around it's periphery
