What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was actually my roommate who saw them along with her brother and his girlfriend.
She said that there were many lights in the sky. They moved quickly and sporadically to new areas of the sky.
There was a UFO that was apparently in a scaline shape that was flying as well with numerous lights around the outside. Otherwise, the others were mainly just lights in the sky.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Yes, I explained that above. They hovered in the distance, then would drop what looked like an inch where they were watching, which I assume to be many feet in the actual sky.
Any additional comments:
I am a skeptic by nature, unfortunately at times, and if anyone else has seen or heard anything. I'd be interested to know.
