CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It started out like a small bright white light which I assumed to be an approaching plane. The light enlarged and brightened. As it did, it took the form of an angel with the central light taking the location of the head.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It enlarged, remained, and disappeared.
Any additional comments:
A cousin saw it from another angel and reported a greenish hue but still saw an angel. Her father claimed it was missiles fired from Vandenberg Air Force Base.
