What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was a Bright yellow light which moved slowly then changed colour gradually to orange/red as it moved away and up.
My partner and I just sat in the car watching it. She saw it first and said "what's that" and we assumed it was a plane, but it wasn't flashing

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It moved slowly then went up at a sharp angle changing colour to a reddish colour reducing in size very quickly until it disappeared after about 5 seconds. Very fast acceleration
Any additional comments:
We only saw it for about a minute. I am a bit sceptical, despite being fascinated by the idea. But this was NOT a plane. It accelerated at a sharp near vertical angle at very high speed. I turned off the engine and opened the car door and heard no sound
