What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Small Saucer About 12' In Diameter it was hard to tell the size because it was over the ocean but it appeared to be flying along the coastline to the north it was silver traveling about 70 mph
and looked like it was about 3/4 Mile away it was about 12:00 noon and flying about 200-300 feet above the water.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Just headed up the coastline until it was out of site as I was in a car with my uncle. My cousins also saw it we figured it was just some remote toy someone was flying.
Any additional comments:
It has been in my mind forever and wondered if anyone else has seen this object it made no noise that I could hear but it will live with me forever till I can figure out what it was.
