no , it remained static didnt appear to move at all.
Any additional comments:
i watched it through the cliff railings at penarth seated on a bench.It did not seem to move up or down but after about 15 mins it appeared to be slightly further to the left, an inch or two. It appeared as a distinct speck in the sky, against a white background,the sky being covered with bands of grey cloud.
