What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
I was walking my dog across the paddocks in Glinton, noticed a very bright orange/red light heading toward me from Peakirk. At first I thought it was a police helicopter, but the light went out and it slowed right down, no sound at all. It was a very clear jet black disc shaped object, not very big. It went behind the trees and I ran to get a better look. It looked even smaller before vanishing toward Peterborough. I got home at 9.25pm and immediately phoned my parents as this left me a little shaky.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Moving at approx speed of a police helicopter, heading towards me it slowed right down, went behind the trees and manoevured in a horse shoe and vanished towards Peterborough.
Any additional comments:
No more than 5 minutes. The sky was part cloudy, at the time I witnessed the sighting, it was dusky, but against the sky the object was very distinctive in shape and colour.
