What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
3 bright lights triangular size, size of a semi detached house
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
it rose up from a few hundred feet away with three strong beams from the bottom of it, we thought it was a glowing lantern, then it slowly came towards me and two otehr friends and it could only of been a 100 feet in the air but didnt make a sound it was like there wasnt anything there and then within 20 seconds of it passing our heads it just disappeared
Any additional comments:
there were flashings lights for 10 minutes before the sighting and then as soon as it passed they just stopped.
