What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Too far off to give an exact shape or size, but when viwed with binoculars certainly does not resemble a plane or helicopter, if i had to guess it may be like a semi circle.
The lights are clearly visible they are flashing constantly and very quickly, they are brighter than any other star in the sky. It is flashing green on top, green on the bottom and one big red light in the middle.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No, it is staying in the same spot, it has not moved at all or come closer or got further, it is just hovering in the same spot and has been doing so for at least 45 minutes now
Any additional comments:
I live in Northern Ireland in the U.K and we have had the worst snowfall in the country for years right now, because of this most airports have been closed, so i do not believe it is a plane or helicopter.
