CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Appeared to be circular in shape although I can't be sure. To the naked eye it appeared to be a strange star, flashing. Through binoculars it was very clear that there were red white and blue lights. The lights appeared to be flashing/strobe or perhaps the craft was rotating-the lights seemed to go from right to left. It was very high up in the sky.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The lights hovered for over an hour, not moving in any direction. Went to bed.
Any additional comments:
A whole family saw this. We do not know what this could have been but are absolutely certain about what we saw.
