What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
large cylindrical object / bright blue lights / red glow / moving very fast across thew sky then came to a suuden holt and hovered about 10 feet off the groungd in a field.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

i had to have therapy for about 6 weeks afetr as it completely freaked me out.
