there were about a dozen lights moving around slowly and there was planes going past at the same time america bound

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

they were stationary then moving around slowly they were there for what i saw twenty minutes then just dissapear

just my luck no one about but those planes should have seen something
