What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Looking from the balcony of room 1008 facing approx 190 degrees looking at Orion star cluster when from behind high cirrus clouds further east a slightly a glowing reddish ball guessing to be at 40-50K feet and travelling at very speed appeared travelling due west, from my vantage point it crossed Orions belt of 3 stars almost level with them.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

At the rate it was travelling I could not estimate its speed, however I have been a pilot since 1983 used to seeing a variety of aircraft in different situations, this object showed no contrails as jet powered craft would or space debris does burning up in the atmosphere, I had to take several steps forward on the long balcony to observe it disappear into the distance.
