I was sailing on my boat doing an overnight trip to Vancovuer island from Vancouver, Approximately half way I thought there was a helicopter flying low shining a spotlight on the water looking for something until my boyfriend pointed out that it was complete silence, no sounds of an engine or anything. plus there were no other lights that helicopters and planes have on their tail wings
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
