What I saw was blue and orange lights coming from the ground behind our apartment complex along with a very loud sound like a
huge amount of electricity being turned on

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
I did not physically see a craft although around 20 or 30 people
playing basketball outside say they felt the vibration and heard it, then looked over and the extreme lights shot straight up into the sky. I just heard everything stop and the lights were gone

Any additional comments:
There is 10 to 12 full buildings of apartments and the surrounding neighbors for many blocks had a power draw up and down up and down like every electronic device was about to explode or cut out but nothing did after the light stopped that stopped also.I went to talk to some of the people who were outside, grown people, and they were all running back to there houses. could not say what they saw,speechless and couldnt explain in any manner.
