What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was a blue light going extremely fast--maybe 2 or 3 times faster than a commercial jet, approximately 5-10,000 feet up in the air, heading from North to South, raising in altitude.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No. Just moved very fast.
Any additional comments:
We had an unobstructed view out of the front windshield of the automobile. The light moved perpendicular to our path, from the far left to the far right of a wide horizon within 30 seconds. It was a single blue light. It did not look like any other light configuration that we have seen on any other plane or helicopter.
