Any additional comments:
On March 26th at 11:20 am UTC up to 12:30 pm a UFO was spotted over Bolivia. Initially it was seen in Cochabamba (3rd largest city) at 11:20am UTC and local TV station recorded the sighting. Later on the object was seen in La Paz (were the goverment is located) and an Airforce fighter tried to intercept the UFO climbing up to 14 kilometers and was unable to reach the artifact which still was considerably far away. The craft seem to cross Bolivian skies from extreme east to west in a little over an hour. According to local TV stations, the UFO was able to travel from Cochabamba to La Paz in less than 10 min. (150miles) This completely ruled out a weather balloon. The object was brighter than Sirius or Jupiter.
Local stations initially reported the sighting, later on many authorities and a local amateur astronomer tried confuse people stating that it was a weather balloon. Unfortunately for them the only balloons that could fly at altitudes higher than 14000 meters are only available in the US (or Australia). And the main NASA project for these balloons has been terminate abrutly a week back

The UFO looked like a sphere with rings.
Based on video provided by local TV stations we were able to triangulate the position of the UFO and estimated it was at 95miles above the sea level. The Object followed a stationary orbit over Earth. This explains why it seemed to travel from Cochabamba to La Paz in less than 10 min. It really didn't move, but was seen by both cities due to its altitude. Based on the aperture and this distance, the diameter of this object must of been at least 400meters and 200 meters tall. In our calculations we were not able to determine the refractive index of the atmosphere, consequently the is a probability of error due to this factor.
We have footage of this sitting from Cochabamba and La Paz Bolivia. As soon as we are able to do so, we shall place this in MPEG format.
