SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Syracuse, New York

The typical saucer-shaped ship only this was very large and detailed. It appeared to made out of some kind of black metal, something resembling onyx. There were two bands of lights that ran around the middle of the ship. In the middle, between the lights bands, which blinked in some sort of rotation, there were windows, at least they looked like windows.

It was still and floated atop my schoolyard for a long time.

This was late at night. My mother came home late from works, she walked the babysitter outside and shut the door. We heard the sitter scream and run back inside the house. She was babbling. I ran downstairs and followed my mother, and my sitter, outside. The girl, her name was Kathy, had pulled my mother by the hand out of the front door. We stood on the frontlawn and watched many smaller objects, which looked like a long weightbar with dumbells on the end, dive and down over an old cemetery. Then, we noticed a much larger ship a few blocks away. It was over our school. I ran down the sidewalk toward it and my mother called me back. We stood on the frontlawn in awe. It must have been five stories across, very large. It rose slowly and took off fast, disappearing. Never forgot it, ever. I wrote down the experience in my diary, even drew a picture, and kept it for many years. I'm now 31 years old, and only lost the diary and page about two years ago. I have seen three UFOs, including this one. I'd never deny that they exist.
