SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Republic of South Korea

The UFO was shaped like a spinning toy called a "top." It had circling around the circumference of the UFO many different colored lights. All the lights were the colors of the rainbow yet very distinguishable. One set of lights would spin clockwise on one portion of the UFO and then another set of lights would spin in the opposite direction lower down on the UFO.

The UFO came hovering up a valley at about 0630 hours. It was silent, it was approximately 100 to 200 feet AGL. I could not detect any type of rotor wash or evidence of any type of propulsion. If for not the movement of the vehicle I would have never known that it was flying. It moved through the valley and then just slowly disappeared into a cloud bank that was about 1/2 mile away.

This particular UFO was sighted during military manuevers while stationed in the Republic of South Korea. I thought that it might have been a military reconnisance aircraft of some type but it had no markings, it had no military like equipment, and it showed absolutely no signs of any hostile intent. The other witness to this event looked me in the eye and told me that he didnt see a thing and that he would never admit to seeing a thing.
