CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Massive black disk against the blue/black night sky with wind sheer across the forward portion as it moved. The wind sheer is what attracted my attention to it. It was larger than a football field.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No. It glided at a consistent speed (faster than a jet)and altitude from South East to North East.
Any additional comments:
It passed over the very east portion of the valley from South East to North East, close to the mountain range (Frenchmans Mountain or more known as Sunrise Mountain), then turned more toward the east as it approached the North end of the mountain. That is the Nellis Air Force Base area, so they had to know.
I watched it split into two seperate disks with the second having wind sheer at the forward portion as well. I heard dogs bark sequentially as it/ they passed over, including my own dog who was watching and listening.
