What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It looked like a white pod, it was still daylight so I couldn't see any visible lights. It seemed to be spinning. It was above the trees in my backyard, and it was going very fast for it being that far away. I heard what sounded like a high-pitched humming noise. At first I thought it was a balloon, but it was staying at the same altitude. If it was a balloon, it would've went higher and higher, and it wouldn't be going that fast.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No, just flew by quickly at the same altitude and the same speed.
