SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at creggan,derry,n.ireland

it looked like an obscure ball of light,one of my friends saw it first from a long way off, and it gradually aproached us and filled up all sky where we where standing,it wasn`t white light but more like lights trapped in a prism.It was at night but it was definitely in the shape of a ball or sphere.The only sound we could make out was a great swisshh only when it was over head, and coming from a predominitly nationalist area we are more than familiar with military aircraft, and none of us that where there have any doubts that it was a ufo.I,ll never forget that night even thoungh it was 14years ago.

Where i used to live with my parents in creggan, we had an excellent view of lough Foyle and a lot of the county,the speed of the craft was phenomonal, it covered an area almost 50/60 miles in a matter of seconds,it passed straight over our heads and disappeared behind the hills far behind us, we actually thought that it was going to crash but it manuovered between the far if hills with no problem.00

no one has ever believed us, and to this day we have still to find anyone in our relatively small town that also witnessed that event.I`m not a die hard ufo haunter but I`ll always have an interest in the area of ufo`s and other life forms.since that night I have always kept an eye on the sky and have seen a few other strange objects far far away , the only other thing that has ever came close to what we saw was through my telescope 2 years ago when we noticed a rectangular object dodging and darting between stars for roughly 15minutes untill it was well out uf my telescopes range.
