Silvery sortof, cigar, appeared to have no lights, maybe a little bigger than an airplane.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Zoomed off quickly with no sound.It was faster than an airplane but slower than a meteor or shooting star.Left no trail behind it.

Grandfather was with me and saw it also.
