SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Just South of S. San Francisco

First it looked like a black bird. It then morphed into this ball of light(yellowish/white). I lost it for a minute and it reappeared as the black bird, morphed into the ball of light and then into this medium grey twin propellor plane that only had windows in front(medium size plane).

The UFO morphed into different objects(the black bird, the ball of light, and the plane). I was told by someone that the correct term is masking. When the UFO was in the black bird form, it was flapping it's wings and moving rather quickly in the sky but began slowing up right before it morphed and was almost at a complete standstill in the sky when it finally morphed. The ball of light, which is what the black bird turned into, moved from West to East in a straight line at a constant speed. When the UFO (ball of light) morphed into the plane, it mimicked a landing pattern for landing at an airport(it traveled North to South, made a 180 degree turn, then traveled South to North but never touched down). The last I saw of it was when it changed back into the ball of light and headed upwards toward the Northeast and disappeared in a cloud.

I decided to take a drive early in the morning back in early April 2001. There was a lot on my mind that day and it usually relieves some tension if I go out and drive around. I tend to just cruise around quite a bit because of my love for dynamics and movement. The sun was just coming up as I sped down 101, with a smile, due to little traffic. All of a sudden, I made this split second decision to exit the highway and check out this wooded area off the side of the road. It was certainly a spontaneous move on my part. Since I had been traveling for about 15 minutes, I did not know that area of California due to it being outside of my living area. I stopped the car right in front of the gate that leads to the woods and I turned off the car, leaned my seat back, and started to look at the sky. There were a few clouds but a good lot of blue sky as well. I would say about 10 minutes went by and I noticed this black bird out of the corner of my eye. At that moment, I was not thinking anything so I directed my awareness directly to the bird. I sort of zoned out, thinking about how much I loved planes and flying, and then things started to get really weird. I began focusing on the bird more intently because it seemed like it’s wings were flapping faster than it was moving. Basically, the bird was slowing down so much, that it looked like it was in slow motion. Next, I noticed that there was this mercury (like in a thermometer) quality to the edges of the bird. Then, the bird stopped all together (without flapping it’s wings-still high up in the air) and turned into a white orb of light. I felt like jumping for joy because I have always loved aliens and for years I had wanted to experience an encounter. I stared at the orb of light for about 30 seconds and then it moved toward the east and disappeared behind a cloud. At that point, I got out of my car and started to scan the sky. I didn’t see anything but that was okay with me because I was happiest regardless of what was going to happen next. The sighting had happened in the Southern sky and that was the primary focus of my attention but there was one moment when I turned around to look at the northern sky and I spotted the same black bird. I was absolutely amazed. This time, due to having had the previous experience, I was able to focus more on the details. I witnessed the black bird slow up again and then turn into the white orb of light as it had previously. After that, it did an even greater thing. It morphed from the ball of light into this plane and started flying south. Now this probably all sounds crazy to you but I am absolutely dead serious. The plane had some very interesting characteristics. It’s color was a medium gray like a military plane. It had two engines which were propellers and windows only in the front which didn’t seem to be actual windows but representations of them. The plane reminded me of a model that you build from a kit. There was no way that this plane was man-made. Also, there was one other big difference between this plane and other planes. It didn’t make a sound!! That is right. It was just traveling without making a sound toward the South. I watched in awe as it went along the lake and proceeded to turn one hundred and eighty degrees and head back towards the North like it was mimicking a landing pattern. It never lost much altitude, though, and once it passed through a cloud about one minute later, in the Northern sky, I never saw it again.
This all might sound crazy but immediately after the sighting, I saw this little bus pull up a few hundred feet up the road from me and it had tinted windows. I imagined that it was a bunch of alien buffs who had heard about another sighting up North. Also, I saw other people in their cars looking up and out of their windows to see if they could see anything. I don’t have any knowledge of whether there were any other witnesses but I imagine there were a few.
