SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at BUFFALO,NY

The UFO was a short distance away and very high up in the sky. It was bright white like an airplane with the sun shining on it . At times it turned red. It seemed to twinkle like a star at night when clouds go across it, but there were no clouds at the time. when it came closer it looked like a small round black dot against the blue sky.

This ufo did not zoom off quickly. It was the exact opposite. I compared it to a building in front of me and a water tower to the left of me.(I am sitting in my car at work)This object stayed in a straight line and moved up the water tower very slowly which told me it was coming closer to me. It would then move back down just as slow which meant it was moving away. It turned bright white and the way it flickered gave me the impression that it was spinning around.Sometimes the light would fade,then turn red. other times when it was nearer to me it just looked like a round black object. I live near an airport and the first thing I thought was that it was an airplane. It stayed in the same place moving up and down very slowly for over 45 minutes. I also compared it to other airplanes that the sun was shining on. They did not twinkle at all. The sun stayed on them for a few seconds only as they turned. I pointed it out to another co-worker just as it turned red and she also saw it. We were unable to record it and had to leave so we never knew where it went.

I know it sounds like it could be an airplane my being so close to an airport but, i know what i saw and it was NO airplane. Airplanes or helicopters or other aircraft end up going somewhere. Not just up and down in a straight line changing colors and blinking. I hope someone else reports or already reported this. It was a distance from where I was. It had to be closer to other people.
