What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was a circular object with light all around it. There seemed to be a beam of light comming straight out of the top of it in a sort of upside down triangular shape.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It was hovering then it began to move but not across the sky like a plane it was moving straight up in a staight line...then just like that it was gone.
