What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
large white to yellow color white flashing light below hovering in a fixed point for atleast seven minutes until departing very rapidly to the south - southwest.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Any additional comments:
I was phoned by somone observing object in Ft. Dix - MaGuire area and object was moving toward where I live. I have never encountered any object that reacted like this.
