What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
The UFO was heading North West around 40 feet above me. I was biking home and I was almost there when I just reached the top of a hill when I saw the UFO hover over the trees without a sound. It was triangular with rounded edges, it had a small blue circle in each corner and a large red circle about the size of all three smaller circles combined in the middle. The circles glowed. From what I could tell the rest of the ship was black but it could have been grayish.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No. It seemed as if it knew where it was going as it was headed in a straight line North West from the Washington D.C. area.
