Bright white illumination, somewhat larger and higher magnitude of brightness than Venus typically has.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
appeared to speed up and slow down, and also take a non-linear course accross the sky
Any additional comments:
object appeared to be very high in the sky (relative to aeroplanes observed earlier, and to cloud cover - well above both), and also to be travelling at a fairly high velocity (traversed entire field of visible sky in approx 1 or 2 mins)
