It just looked like a disc-shaped object with blue/purple lights.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It was hovering, and when I called for a nurse to come quickly because I was scared, it disappeared.

I was in the hospital at the time, but I remember it so vividly that it'd be hard for it to be a dream. I frequently forget my dreams, but this one stayed with me.
