SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at High Wycombe

I saw this object in June or July in what I think was 1995. At the time I was slightly skeptical about ET visitations but recently I have come across the theory that flying saucers may be man-made. It was around 2 pm on a Saturday and making my way by car from Downley, High Wycombe where I live down to the A40 I stopped at traffic lights and happened to see a distant object over the horizon and which appeared to be directly above the Booker airfield. It was a silver-white cigar shaped object and what attracted my attention to it were the strange faery lights immediately beneath it. They were rather peculiar in appearance and were not point sources but came and went in a rather ethereal manner. They were multicoloured, red, green and yellow. It is quite possible that the object was actually part of an airshow being held at Booker, though I don't specifically recall one being held at the time. However having turned my car round to head back home to retrieve my binoculars, by the time I got back the object had gone.

No, it was stationary.
