CSIGHTING DETAILS

1

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

Triangular, seemed VERY high, size about the same as my outstretched palm. Orange lights. The point of the triangle was in front. When we spotted it the second time, the orange light were brighter and it's size was about the same as my outstretched thumb.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Me and the wife were on the balcony chatting. The balcony face directly east. I saw it zooming past us, almost directly over head, slightly to the north, heading West to East. In about 4 or 5 seconds, it had reached the eastern horizon, which I assume is quite close to Puerto Rico, where my wife saw it, and pointed it out to me. It was then moving south to north, low on the horizon, lit up by the rising sun. The orange lights were a LOT brighter as well. Also, the point of the triangle was again in front.

Any additional comments:

This thing moved VERY VERY fast. My wife, ever the skeptic, reckoned it was a flock of flamingos. The object she saw on the horizon, was the very same thing I saw over our heads about 5 seconds before. Clever flamingos! I estimated the thing was going at least 3000 mph, if not more, I'm no expert on these things. Also, it was totally silent. there was NO engine noise whatsoever. It was NOT an aeroplane! There was an orange light at the point of the triangle, and an additional 3 or 4 lights down each side of the triangle. As I recall, there were no lights on the rear of the triangle.
