CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
A boomerang shaped object at about 3500 ft. It had three lights; one at the center and one on each wing tip. It revolved like a boomerang and moved way too fast for a jet.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It moved overhead, at about 3500ft, traveling from South to North,
passing over Frome as the Carnival proceeded down Butts Hill. I was not at the carnival and have had nothing to drink! I was in my back garden.

Any additional comments:
I experienced a feeling of elation upon seeing this object. I do not know if was a UFO or FIS.
