CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Small, very bright glimmer slowly decending, straightening out and pausing before making a little jump and continuing downward. Repeated this 3 times before going behind a cloud.
My friend saw the same thing later that night through his telescope and the object appeared to be going in the opposite direction. He said it was changing color from red to green to light blue back to a white. He said the object also changed it's shape from a cirle to a circle that had one to two rings around it.
