Orange bright light, which slowly faded as it rose. Weather balloon shape

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Flew towards the south, stopped, hovered then rose quickly and dissapeared

Any additional comments:

Drove around looking for it for another twenty minutes, it was nowhere to be seen, although nearby stars were visible
