What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
As I do every morning I was walking my four terriers through orchards before crossing a ditch into a meadow. As I walked through the last orchard I saw a large white bright light in the north west sky. I expected it to be either the Police helicopter or a large transport aircraft heading for USAF Mildenhall - both familiar in this area. What made me give attention was that there was no trailing light ray groundwards as is normal but more importantly no sound or vibration which again we are used to. As I approached the place I cross the ditch the tall trees blocked my view. When I climbed through and across the ditch (less than 30 seconds) the light has disappeared. Not a sign of it and certainly no sight or sound of any aircraft. I know it was there because the two closest of my terriers saw it and it set them barking.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No it was just a very white bright light almost like a large star - it was semi dark.
Any additional comments:
My partner and two of the dogs were further back in the previous orchard (there are three in a row) and saw nothing.
