one eigth size of full moon, silver white as bright as full moon, perfect circle
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
moved steadily at subsonic speed north to south possibly at 3000 feet altitude. LIGHT TURNED OFF as it went below moon by 10 degrees.

two f15s onafterburner same altitude same heading on intercept pursuit. ufo disapears. f15s return along sAME FLIGHT PATH. TWO WITNESSES, BINOCULARS. FULL MOON CLEAR SKY. DATE APPROXIMATE TIME WITHIN ONE HOUR. absolutly bright light steADY SPEED STEADY PROBABLY U.S. TEST VEHIGLE
