What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
I'm not sure the size and shape. It looked triangular in shape.
Flashed a range of colors from blue, green, yellow and red. I
would have thought it was a satilite except it was in the Norhteastern
sky and very low in the horizon. It did not move from the time I
was watching it(about 1 hour) It was below Casiopia and slightly
to the west but easterly and below Polaris.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It hovered or stayed in one place.
Any additional comments:
If it is indeed a satilite, whose would it be? It wouldn't be a
communication satilite as they are primarily south. It could have
been some sort of "spy" or observation satilite. I would appreciate
if you could email me back. I will be looking again tonight.
I don't have a telescope and I looked at it through my binoculars
and only saw the bright flashing lights. Thanks for any information.
