triangular in shape, with bright white lights around the edges,2 double decker bus'es

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it travelled from west to east, in a juddering movement ,once over the mountain east of my bungalow it disappeared.

This is the 3rd time my wife and I have seen this object, last time was 2 nights' ago......something is happening in abertysswg?
