Very like a flying saucer with red lights (windows) all around it..
Estimated size anything from 20ft to 50ft across.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Smooth circular orbit, hovered and moved away smoothly then vanished (no cloud cover)..
