Saturn Shape Craft,illuminated cloudy white/with twinklying red/blue lights surrounding its rim.Grayish dome or round ball in middle of ring.Size of blimp.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Craft hovered low of coop city buildings,then headed southeast over city island to s.eastern long island on a wavering straight course.Not fast/stealthy.
Any additional comments:
Craft reapeard at 08:29:pm the next day 27th.Sighting lasted 30min.
