What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
A brilliant light long shaped, bright light. It stayed in one place for 15 or more seconds Then it was gone! I was raised around airplains airports,airshows,you name it. Thats why it caught my eye. It just was'nt right. Plus the sun was on the opposite side of the object.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
it hovered, I never saw it zoom.

I can't tell you what it was. I know my aircraft. It isn't known to me.
