REPORTED CLAIM
NASA chief says agency should have a 'seat at the table' if UAP turn out to be alien
NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman said on NewsNation's The Hill, broadcast on 25 September, that he wants to stay "open-minded" about UAP and that "if it's aliens, I think NASA should have a seat at the table in this for sure." He said he leans towards unusual natural phenomena or advanced human technology as the more likely explanation for many reported sightings, comparing the uncertainty to the shock of the Soviet Union's 1957 Sputnik launch. Isaacman did not say he believes alien spacecraft are the likely cause of UAP reports.
