CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Looked like a missile, long and thin. However it gleamed like the sun reflecting in a mirror. Even stranger it gleamed a sky blue/turquoise colour. It was flying at about 300/400 feet (very approx)on a shallow descent towards a nearby vilage (Kingsdon). I believe that it was flying at a speed greater than that of a jet fighter. It looked like there was a short propulsion trail behind it.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
No it just flew over us. We didn't even here any noise.
Any additional comments:
I rang the Yeovilton airbase and spoke with Commander Seymour giving him all the information. He was very kind and said thatb he would make enquiries. I have also e-mailed the local media asking them to check and see if anyone else saw this event.
